Mentoring Solutions

Mentoring programs are a great way to leverage the knowledge and experience of the experienced women in your organization. Mentoring programs enable companies to use the resources they already have, the mentors, to develop the leadership capabilities of other employees.

Many of our women clients find it difficult to break into the "old boys club" at the top of the organization. There are few women at the top to learn from, and the more junior women may be less comfortable asking a man to grab coffee after work to talk about her career development. Formal mentoring programs enable high-potential women to connect with senior leadership in a structured and comfortable setting.
