Into the Field Retreats
We offer powerful, nature-based experiences that connect participants to the beauty and challenges of host ecosystems, while tapping into the potential to create a more sustainable future.
At the heart of each of these experiences lies possibility. Without possibility, people may be overwhelmed by “doom and gloom” messages. The facts and the challenges must be known. Connections to people and place will be built. Most importantly, the course to tomorrow will be revealed, not through our plan, but through the minds, hearts, souls and hands of those who seek new answers and new questions.
Journeys may take us into our backyard or around the globe. Working with local guides or organizations, Nebo provides, organizes and facilitates eco-based journeys. Our design reflects the participants’ goals, honors the local relationship, ensures that learning takes place on multiple levels, and provides support for transference back to homes, communities and work sites.
The experience is preceded and followed by activities designed to prepare participants for their journey, integrate learning experiences, provide on-going support and make visions real. Services include leadership coaching, organizational strategy consulting, workshops, conferences, circles of conversation and other resources to support our clients on their journey to a more sustainable life, community or workplace.
