    • How am I doing right now? (Try writing your response.)
    • What am I feeling physically and emotionally today?  What is my mood?  How is my energy level?
    • If I could choreography today, what would happen?  What would my priorities be?  How would I “be” as I attend meetings and accomplish tasks?
    • What is occupying my mind and taking my energies right now?  What can I do to attend to these matters and allow myself greater focus?
