Coaching is a powerfully effective partnership between two people in the service of one -- a designed alliance that brings focus and action to the client's objectives.
Our coaches excel at working with leaders who face significant challenges. Every Nebo coach brings mastery of coaching as well as personal experience leading in organizations.
Leadership Coaching
One-on-one coaching for individual leaders. A typical engagement includes a series of 8-12 coaching sessions, two per month. Coaching may take place in person, by telephone, or a combination of the two. The first session is usually a two-hour, in-person "kick off" to clarify the objectives for the engagement and gain a thorough understanding of the client's challenges and goals. Fees depend upon the scope and nature of the engagement.
Nebo helps clients to choose the right coach. After an initial interview with one of our team, we provide interviews with up to three coaches whose background and strengths match your needs at no cost.

Team Coaching
We work with you and your team to support enhanced performance against a well-defined goal or outcome. Typically, a team coaching engagement lasts six months or the duration of the team project. The beginning of a team coaching engagement usually includes interviews with each team member, 360º Profile assessments and/or a culture survey, and a kick-off meeting with the team.
The coach then coaches the leader in between team meetings and provides a blend of facilitation and coaching at the actual meetings. Often, the coach's role initially is to observe the dynamics of the team and the "moves" of the leader, identifying opportunities for development and forward movement.
Nebo coaches are skilled at building trust with the entire team, as well as working supportively and confidentially with the leader in service to the group's purpose.
Coach Training for Managers
Many companies want to add a coaching approach to the competencies of managers. We offer workshops that teach managers how to deepen their listening skills, ask powerful questions, and empower their direct reports through a coaching approach.
