Katherine Ebner ______________________________________

Katherine Ebner is an executive coach and organizational change leader whose knowledge of how to manifest change for individuals and organizations is grounded in personal leadership experience in business and higher education. After co-leading a major institutional change initiative at Middlebury College in Vermont, Katherine joined international strategy consulting firm, Kaiser Associates, as a senior vice president charged with laying the foundation for the growth of the business. Katherine earned certification at the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program where she is now a member of the faculty. She founded The NEBO Company in 2004 to bring forth her commitment to developing excellence in leadership. Bette George is a leadership coach, organization development consultant, trainer and author.  She partners with individual clients and organizations to strengthen leadership skills, develop strategies for working with diversity, build effective teams, and to create respectful and inclusive work environments. Bette's clients are from Fortune 500 and small organizations, both public and private; profit and non-profit. Arleen LaBella has more than 25 years of experience as an OD consultant, executive coach, trainer and author. Her specialty is the design and implementation of strategies to maximize the effectiveness of individuals, teams, and organizations. She has a proven track record of helping her clients optimize leadership skills, improve working relationships, create exciting new futures, and move beyond obstacles to reach desired outcomes. Arleen's coaching approach rests on the belief that the payoffs to coaching are transferable learning and action. Therefore she focuses on connecting leadership development with results that impact the individual, clients, teams and business strategies.  She received her doctorate in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of Massachusetts. Arleen is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Drexler Sibbett Team Performance Inventory, and Leadership Assessment 360° Survey. She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program and the Organization Development Certificate Program. Arleen has received the designation of Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.

 

Barbara Quist ________________________________________

Barbara Quist is a leadership and an organization development consultant with more than twenty years of experience in the field of management training and development. Barbara works with her coaching clients to build on what they already do well, and to help them move beyond issues that present obstacles to their professional success.  Her methods for helping them achieve sustained behavioral change have provided insight and support for people at all levels of organizations.

Barbara holds a coaching certificate from Georgetown University - a program recognized by the International Coaching Federation. Her clients include leaders from a wide variety of organizations including government, the financial industry, associations and non-profit. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Chesapeake Organization Development Network.

 

Dave Snapp _________________________________________

Dave Snapp helps mission-driven individuals and organizations build leadership capacity and effectiveness through coaching and leadership and team development. He brings thirty years experience working in and with labor unions, community organizations, and non-profits in health care and education. Dave's special passion is helping hard-driving leaders and organizations develop strategies, structures and ways of working that both increase their effectiveness and sustain them for the long haul. Dave has a Master's in Public Health and has completed certificate programs at Georgetown University in Organization Development, Change Leadership and Leadership Coaching.

 

Brad Sterl __________________________________________

Brad Sterl combines his corporate experience, executive coaching, and human resources expertise to provide individualized, effective tools to solve problems and help individuals and teams provide stronger results for their organizations. He has twenty-five years of experience in human resources, working in corporations, with government contractors markets and not-for-profit organizations. His broad knowledge, inside perspective, and international experience have helped make a critical difference for organizations.   Brad holds an MBA from Temple University with a concentration in Industrial Relations/ Organizational Behavior and as an Associate Credentialed Coach (ACC) with the ICF. Brad also earned a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, a certificate in Organizational Development from NTL Institute, and is certified in the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He is also trained in the Interaction Associates method for facilitation.

 

Diane Tracy _________________________________________

Diane Tracy is an inspiring and versatile executive coach. Kari Uman __________________________________________

Kari Uman has more than twenty-five years experience as a coach, consultant, and trainer. Her particular experience and interest in gender issues, and their impact on relationships and performance, enables her to help individuals change behaviors that are sabotaging their best efforts. As a professionally certified coach, she helps women executives become aware of self-limiting behaviors and attitudes, create a more positive self-image, explore the myths and beliefs that are undermining their effectiveness and develop both behaviors and strategies that enhance their success.

Kari's clients have come from non-profits, universities, hospitals, law firms, and corporations. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and William Bridge's materials on organizational transitions.  Kari holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, a Masters in Adult Education from the University of Maine, and Certificates in Organization Development and Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
