At the December 2009 ICF Conference in Orlando, Florida, Coaches Kate Ebner and Lloyd Raines invited coaches to see themselves as visionaries and change agents. Fifty coaches began imagining the future -- a powerful experience for both visionaries and facilitators. But we've only just begun to invite coaches to help create positive change.
