Nebo is recruiting coaches who are passionate about women's leadership to join our MOMreturns Coaching Team in 2011. In addition to coaching, you may be invited to deliver a workshop or round table as part of participating in this program.

Be trained as a MOMreturns Coach.

MOMreturns coaches participate in a pioneering six-week coach training program. You will learn about how the juxtaposition of life stage and career stage creates difficult choices and inner conflict for working mothers. We will show you how the requirements of career and motherhood are related and relevant to success in either place. We share common challenges -- and best practices developed through research and hundreds of conversations with women leaders. This training program will significantly enhance your understanding of how coaches can make a powerful difference for women and equip you to deliver coaching and/or workshop and retreat services under the MOMreturns/Nebo for Women name.
