Coaching

Helping coaches stay "in shape" to coach

At Georgetown University, the Leadership Coaching Program teaches coaches the disciplined concept of "being in shape to coach" -- a high standard that asks coaches to continue to learn, grow and practice long after the program is completed. Nebo is committed to advancing the field of coaching through supportive programs and coaching for coaches.

Coaching you towards your own vision.

We know from personal experience that working with a great coach can help you to launch your practice and move your coaching business to the next level, all while deepening your own awareness of who you are.  We help coaches to refine their "offer" to the world, clarify their visions, and succeed in making the contributions that are most meaningful to them.  Our expertise in visioning, combined with our knowledge of how to launch a successful coaching practice and commitment to supporting people in working authentically are a powerful resource for coaches at all stages of career.

Mentor Coaching

Many coaches seek mentor coaching as they prepare for ICF certification or to fine tune an aspect of the way they work.  We connect you with a Mentor Coach who can provide the expertise and guidance that you seek.  By working with a Mentor Coach, you will be able to zero in on the aspects of coaching that you'd like to develop and complete the ICF registration process in a timely, focused way.
