Kate Ebner

Principal, Leadership Coach

Founder of The Nebo Company, Kate Ebner brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to her role as Principal of The Nebo Company. As part of the leadership team, Kate not only oversees all aspects of the company, she also works closely on clients engagements, particularly with organizational leaders looking to make a positive impact on the world.

Erin B. D. Gregg

Director, Client Services and Operations

Erin manages the business of Nebo, overseeing daily operations, accounting, IT, communications, and business planning. A 2005 graduate of Middlebury College in Vermont, Erin is integral in supporting our clients. She handles invoicing, scheduling, contracts and has the answer to any question you may have about Nebo. Analytical, pragmatic, organized and great with people, Erin contributes to client work as a member of the team for particular projects. She is trained in delivery of DISC and PIAV assessments and provides this service for our clients. She also helps clients develop internal communications to support their leadership goals, bringing expertise with Constant Contact e-newsletter set-up and management.  

Erin is constantly looking for better ways of living gluten-free and loves to help those who are struggling with a gluten-free diet. She likes being a mentor to children and coaches a sixth-grade girls soccer team in Arlington, VA. In her free time, Erin enjoys skiing, golf, and traveling.

Nancy Lamberton

Nancy Lamberton is a leadership coach and trainer, who works with organizations to develop leaders through innovative, focused mentoring programs. Inspired by mentoring other professional women and many rising leaders over the years, she created the Mentoring Leaders program, in collaboration with Nebo founder, Kate Ebner. The dynamic combination of leadership training, mentoring and coaching, aligned to the business objectives of our clients, presents a new accelerated approach to the critical tasks of developing leaders, recruiting and retaining top talent, and cultivating a corporate culture of learning and mentoring.
